Went to adventure island on Saturday July 11, 2020 and we ate at the cafe that was in the beginning of the park. We understand then limit menu, but when you get chicken fingers and have no dipping sauce. I spent over $40 dollars for the worst UNDERCOOKED FOOD EVER. Big waste of my money. I really do not see be taking my family back, we can do everything we want to do in 42 mins. Since they have half the park closed.

We recently visited adventure island after a day at Busch Gardens. We took our four year old granddaughter. There was very little for our granddaughter to do. She could go at the wave pool. Also the pool with the lily pads but that was jam packed of people. There is also an area called splash attack. Great for a little kids but the lifeguards were not really paying attention and allowed much bigger kids in that area that should not of been there. They were pushing their way in line to go down the slide‘ you definitely have to patrol your kids in that area or the little ones will never get a chance to go down any slide. The lifeguards don’t seem to care at all. A lot of rides are closed due to COVID-19. Didn’t really understand why you could go on some water rides but not others. Overall the park is definitely directed towards teenagers . It was clean and well-maintained. But just is not for a little kids. Please do your research if you have small children. They will not have a fun time there .

On 6/13/20, I purchased on -line tickets, parking pass, and made confirmed reservations to visit park on 7/2/20. On 6/17 I noticed on website that park would now be closed on 7/2. So I tried to call to find out what is going on and i reached recording that said call center closed. So I sent e-mail to them on their webpage: their auto email response was that they are "behind". So I continued to call. Today, 6/24, I reached a recording that said wait time was 266 minutes, so I hung up. So now I have no idea what is going. If they responded in a reasonable time and told me my reservations were cancelled by them (BTW without notifying me) then I would have time to reserve a place at another park. But no response by them at this point is outrageous and they have already charged my card.
