I got this tour for our girls trip. We order the tickets separately so we ended up on two different busses. This wasn’t an issue until I realized my mom and my aunt were getting the worse experience. My sister and I were on a smaller bus with Jamal. He was absolutely AMAZING!!! We had great information and he went to each site to give us extra insight on things. He did not rush us and made sure that we got to the museum in plenty of time. However my mom and my aunt were on the larger bus and they did not even have air conditioning. Apparently they knew the air was not working prior to the trip starting. This was the start to a not so great experience. They were very uncomfortable and my aunts asthma started to flare due to the heat. They did not get the same information as us nor the small details. So if it wasn’t for them having a hard time I would have given 5 stars. It just doesn’t seem right for two different experiences on the same day at the same time. Also if a bus isn’t work do not use it.
