We had a lovely, slow trip around Newport Harbor. Our “guide” was very entertaining and very funny. Enjoyed the complimentary lemonade. Not hard to understand that this tour focuses on the many huge yachts docked in Newport harbor, and gives you wonderful views of the mansions on this side of the island, which are distinct from the mansions on the Cliff Walk on the opposite side. I would’ve liked a more in depth history of Newport and maybe Jamestown, with a little less attention paid to who owned what yacht, and whether there was a hot tub on it. The narrator was not a fan of sailing, but did educate us on the America’s Cup races and showed some previous American winners of the race. Overall a very nice 90 minutes.

What a worthwhile excursion to do in Newport!! It was our first time there and we learned so much about its history. It was fascinating and of course wonderful to do a tour on water on a beautiful day. I would recommend it to newcomers and all really.

Really loved this excursions. The guide was so knowledgeable of the area. The crew was awesome. Brought my mom to celebrate her 70th bday. She loved it. Worth every penny.
