  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Strollers and care seats are not allowed on board, but can be stored in the ticket booth.
  • Wheelchair access down the dock to the boat, must be able to manage 3 steps to get on and off the boat. Wheelchair cannot come aboard, it can be stored in the ticket booth. Please advise if assistance is needed.

  • Please no heels for safety purposes.
  • Minimum drinking age is 21 years old
  • All passengers are required to be checked in at the ticket booth prior to departure time to receive a boarding pass.

This tour provides a pretty comprehensive trip around the bay. The narrator had plenty of information not only about the coastal homes and history but also regarding many of the mega yachts moored in the harbor. It also did not hurt that we had a spectacular day for sailing.My wife is disabled and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend the tour especially if you are visiting for the first time to Newport or have never seen it from the water.

The first deck has cushioned seatings and room to spread out and the Gansett is easy to get on and off. You mentioned seeing Newport from the water for a different view. A visit to our historical city isn't complete without getting out into Newport harbor and Narragansett Bay - it's a totally different perspective from the water, isn't it? We had the best time. Our tour guide Patrick was amazing. He’s so informative and yet a total goofball. Such a great guy. Also he is very professional. We love you Patrick. We look forward to seeing you again.

We really enjoyed our boat ride around Newport on a beautiful, sunny afternoon. We stayed on the bottom level to avoid the top-deck strong sun. The staff was wonderful, and we enjoyed Patrick’s commentary. He was funny and enthusiastic as a tour guide. It was information overload, but I appreciated hearing facts and financial figures about all of the yachts, as well as hearing about the history of Newport, Castle Hill, and Goat Island - all of which we caught a glimpse of on the tour, along with some beautiful mansions. I highly recommend this tour to anyone new to Newport, who wants to experience this lovely city by waterway.
