Take a glimpse into the traditional life of a sleddog in Interior Alaska. The lineage of these dogs traces back to when the first Native Alaskans/Inuit people inhabited the Arctic. We also have dogs from the Canadian/Greenland Arctic regions and promote the subsistence lifestyle of those Arctic cultures.

These dogs will show you what they have been born and bred to do as pack animals, while we have been stewards of their care for the past centuries, maintaining this heritage. Witness the outright enthusiasm these dogs have for doing what they love!

A very intimate tour of the beautiful property. I got the chance to interact with so many gorgeous friendly dogs, and I watched them gleam with excitement at the chance to run. I learned so much about raising them, their different personalities and lifestyles. I loved being shown the sleds, the harnesses, the mechanics of how they’re attached. I loved learning the different commands and watching how they respond to the owner. It was a once in a lifetime magical experience.

I chose this tour because not many dog sled tours have the Alaskan Malamute. This is one of the tours that has Alaskan Malamutes. Great experience, cute dogs. Definitely would come back!

Tavitha the owner was really nice. She almost gonna give us a ride going back to the town since the Uber who promised us to pick us didn’t show up. Anyway it’s our first for the dog sled and she did well beyond our expectations.
