First time riding a hot air balloon. Have always been a bit scared to, and admittedly was feeling a little nervous watching the balloon get filled with flaming hot air. However, those fears did not last long. Dean was our pilot and his relaxed, confident manner made us feel completely at ease. The ride was beautiful, gliding over the native American rock glyphs, with the mountain at our side. Definitely recommend, even for those who are a little anxious about flying.

My 13 year old daughter and I rode with Dean and the Rainbow Ryders this afternoon. Had a great time. Trip was amazing and Dean and his crew were top notch. If you are considering a balloon ride, give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.

We came to the Fiesta with reservations to ride early on Thursday morning. Alas, the wind was too high to fly. Got on standby for the next morning. Got there at 3am, still didn't get to ride. Was really bummed out. Decided to take one of the afternoon flights on Friday. Got hooked up with pilot Patrick Stevens. What followed was the ride of a lifetime and displaced all my despair from the early mornings. Such a wonderful time! He took us up over 11k and the view and sensation is indescribable. He was very informative and funny. This experience comes highly recommended by me! Thank you Patrick, the ground crew, and the Rainbow Ryder team!

Patrick is an excellent pilot and his crew members are great as well! We expect nothing less than for you to have an amazing time with them. The safety of our pilots and passengers is always our main concern, so as we are truly sorry for your cancelled flight, it was better to keep everyone grounded and safe and not take the risk of going up in ill-suited weather conditions. Thank you so much for choosing to fly with us!
