Our first time at Balloon Festival. Absolutely amazing. Our pilot Neil was great, he is the best. Breathtaking views, scary only from the beginning. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

I absolutely loved checking this off my bucket list. I was so scared and nervous, but our pilot Dean and the best crew, made it an experience that I will never forget! Even when booking the flight, I made the mistake of clicking twice on the pay button, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and cancelled the erroneous charge. Our flight did end up getting pushed the day before due to weather conditions (cant control Mother Nature guys) and they were pleasant to speak with over the phone. I appreciate greatly the value of safety is to them, as they were constantly checking everything to make sure it was safe before we were in the air. While in the air, Dean was such a great guy to have in a basket full of nervous ppl. His humor and personality really put us all at ease!! I will definitely be telling all my friends and family visiting Albuquerque to definitely add Rainbow Ryders to their list of things to do! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

Had an amazing time flying the sky with Rainbow Ryders. Troy was my pilot and he was the best!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the Albuquerque landscape and ballooning. He made sure we all were safe and comfortable. Our ground crew was great too. When we landed they were there within minutes and packed everything up. We had drinks and snacks while watching the sun set. I highly recommend this experience! It should be noted that you fly while the sun is still up so you’re not actually flying while the sun is setting - or at least we weren’t but we landed at sunset so we got to watch it from the beautiful field while having our refreshments. It’s a must do experience for sure and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Due to safety reasons we don't fly in the dark, but surely do enjoy the gorgeous sunsets following a magical balloon ride.
