Alcatraz lived up to all the hype. Great tour and a must see. You can go at own pace and stay on island as long as you want. Experience with Viator was easy and convenient. Hassle free. Definitely recommend

The vouchers worked perfectly - my family went on the Bay Cruise and went to Alcatraz. We bought through this vendor (DiscoverTown Tours) just a couple days before the Alcatraz tour date because the Alcatraz tours were otherwise sold out for the days we were in San Francisco. I exchanged the Alcatraz voucher for tickets at the Will Call window at Pier 33 - it’s the same boat operator that takes everyone to Alcatraz (Alcatraz City Cruises). I exchanged the voucher for tickets to the Bay Cruise at the “Blue &Gold Fleet” kiosk at/near Pier 41. The seller provided additional details over email re how to use the voucher to get the tickets. The seller also reached out directly to give me a specific heads-up about a time change, which I appreciated very much. We paid more for the tix than they would have cost if we had bought in advance, but it was worth it! We really wanted to get to Alcatraz, and we were glad someone was offering tickets just a couple days in advance. My family had a great time.
