Scam!! I booked the Alcatraz cruise with inside access for usd 97. Save your money and book directly with Alcatraz cruises for half the price. You can literally google it and see the official providore. Don’t get scammed by this company who’s charging twice the price

Scam? Alcatraz Was sold out and you were lucky to even get tickets. Here is the math on this for you: Alcatraz $40 City Tour $60 Here is where the other $50 lies: Rent Insurance Government Taxes Local City Taxes Labor to get you these passes It is not a scam. It is called business and you should not be so naive to think that we sell an item at cost and make $0 profit. We are a store like any other business on the planet. When we have the tickets there is convenience to this so you can click and get in! You got tickets and a great city tour. Secondly: you had 100 Viator packages to choose from on here and ones that were way cheaper so why are you complaining about price?

I bought " Alcatraz Inside and One Day Bike Rental". As it was a last minute purchase, I paid excessively for it which was totally NOT worth the price. I had significant issues with BIKE rental which is via Unlimited Biking. They issue the voucher to redeem for biking which has A LOT OF RESTRICTIONS. I wouldn't of course be able to use the full day biking on the day of Alcatraz tour, plus they have only ONE store where we can pick up those bikes. I recommend re-thinking BEFORE buying them. REMEMBER the ticket has restrictions and might not work around your travel plans.

This is for CITY TOUR EXPRESS by van. This is not a bike rental package and you chose the wrong company which makes us look bad for something we did not even sell you. We ask that you take down this incorrectly placed review for a different company before we have this flagged for removal.

Nice tour. Bring some snacks. The cell block audio tour was spot on. I would like to see the audio tour expanded to the whole island.
