Go inside Alcatraz then relax with friends for lunch after your Alcatraz visit at a Wharf food location assigned by us. Guests can also upgrade their package to a selection that better suits their needs! (Note: Guests do not have lunch on Alcatraz island)

Guests will be assigned an Alcatraz Cruises ferry time to the island to go inside the main cell house. Experience the cell house audio tour and return on any boat you desire. Once back in SF guests can enjoy a same-day food credit option per person off your bill to one prechosen family chain dining restaurant located in Fisherman's Wharf or Union Square. Various food denominations cater to all crowds and food preferences!

While we really enjoyed the Alcatraz experience, the price was a total rip off. The tour company charged usd$64.50 above the ticket price and food voucher. The only service they provided was to source and email a ticket.

No. We sent you Alcatraz tickets and a food voucher. We sent everything we promised you. The price posted is what we charge and to be honest it is one of the lowest Alcatraz price points on Viator. Did you factor convenience into your price you paid? Be lucky you got to even go as they were sold out for weeks.

Everything with trip advisor went pretty much perfect. I hadn’t yet received my tickets the day before, I emailed them at 5 am and got a response at 8 am. I also called their customer service line and they were very helpful. For Alcatraz itself, if you’re (or someone with you is) in a wheelchair, the island is accessible. No stairs, just a big ramp but it’s a very very steep walk to the top. They have a tram that goes up (bug them about though because it sucks it never shows up when it’s supposed to) and there’s also an elevator within the building so you can take the audio tour no problem. Make sure you show up 15-20 minutes early!

I recommend to buy your ticket A directlly to the alcatraz web page because the price is half compared with the price in viator

When tickets are sold out there is a premium to pay as supply and demand dictates dynamic pricing. We saved tickets for you and that alone is worth the price of our package.
