Join us on a guided eco-tour of Crystal River on ALL clear kayaks! Throughout the expedition, you will have the opportunity to view the beautiful nature and wildlife that we are known for including over 70 freshwater springs. You will have the opportunity to possibly view dolphins, pelicans, tarpon, turtles, otters, various species of birds, and our beloved manatees. There will be plenty of chances to take pictures on our guided tours and a picture package will be available for purchase at the end of your tour.

THIS TOUR DOES NOT GO INSIDE THREE SISTERS SPRINGS! Three Sisters Springs is closed during manatee season and it will remained closed during the Summer months in 2023 for maintenance. Three Sisters Springs will not reopen until April 1st of 2024 for kayaking.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Maximum weight of 250 pounds for a single rider and maximum weight of 420 pounds for 2 riders
You may be paired with another rider in your party to accommodate maximum participants
You must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time or the tour will leave without you with no refund given.

We did the clear kayak ecotour for two hours with our guide Jon - a native of Crystal River who shared a ton of information with us about the bay, it was very interesting! Unfortunately the rain came during our second hour of exploration but it was a blessing in disguise: we had the bay all to ourselves! A very, very nice experience!

Alright. Even though it wasn't the right season, Kyle worked hard to get us to see Lamentins. He explained a lot to us.

Since we know that the manatees are only here from November to March, we thought it was cheeky that the gates are also offered outside of this time. The claim that there are always some there is irrelevant. According to our guide, there were no manatees to be seen that morning. It is also cheeky that after the tour they want to sell you pictures for $40, which they then send you by email, even though you didn't see anything. The Americans just make everything sound good.

Though unwarranted and not grateful for ANYTHING about your tour, thank you for taking the time to write your review. Obviously you are not easily pleased and feel you can give a one star and basically say your guide was horrendous, you learned nothing about the area, and saw zero wildlife whatsoever. Have a good rest of your trip and try visiting Disney World, I heard there is a LOT to see there :)
