Join us on a guided eco-tour of Crystal River on ALL clear kayaks! Throughout the expedition, you will have the opportunity to view the beautiful nature and wildlife that we are known for including over 70 freshwater springs. You will have the opportunity to possibly view dolphins, pelicans, tarpon, turtles, otters, various species of birds, and our beloved manatees. There will be plenty of chances to take pictures on our guided tours and a picture package will be available for purchase at the end of your tour.

THIS TOUR DOES NOT GO INSIDE THREE SISTERS SPRINGS! Three Sisters Springs is closed during manatee season and it will remained closed during the Summer months in 2023 for maintenance. Three Sisters Springs will not reopen until April 1st of 2024 for kayaking.

Beautiful, relaxing area to kyack in. We were so fortunate to see quite a few manatees, during our excursion. We definitely recommend doing this, it was a great day!!

Our guide, Cypress, was excellent: cheerful, knowledgeable, and greatly enhanced the tour. We were even able to see some manatees and jumping mallet fish! Unfortunately, the Clear Kayaks are poorly designed and / or poorly maintained. The seats are either poorly designed or in disrepair and you are in a very reclined position all the time. The adjustment straps do not help and you could tell that they failed regularly due to the multiple knots that were in the straps. My seat straps failed towards the end of our tour, so I had no support at all. When we returned, I overheard Cypress asking the dock hand if it was the same seat that had failed the day before with another customer. In addition, there are no footpegs in these kayaks. It is extremely difficult and very tiring to paddle when you cannot sit up straight and get the proper leverage needed to paddle efficiently. The potential solution recommended during the tour of stuffing a life jacket behind my back is insufficient. Please reinvest in your business and upgrade your kayaks (or at least update the seats.)

Thank you for taking the time for your review. We are so glad you had a good time with Cypris and it’s unfortunate your seat did not work properly. We gave you the picture package for free to help make up for it like you asked. As far as the seats go, we have purchased 40 brand new kayaks and seats and ten have arrived. The other 30 have been delayed in shipping three times now but will be arriving in the next three days according to the company. Since you were here last week, our guys have went through every seat saves made St adjustments necessary so no customers would have the same problems that you and your husband had. Please come back to visit next season and we will give you another tour free of charge. Thanks again fits visiting us;)

As a grandma who had never kayaked before I was a bit nervous about this tour, but there was no reason to be! It was amazingly easy and pleasant. We saw so many manatees and our tour guide was knowledgeable and fun. Would do it again with the next group that comes to visit.
