The experience was okay however Viator failed to reserve the correct tour with local operator impacting me. A portion of the tour of 1 hour was missed because Viator did not reserve the correct tour that I paid for. I am still trying to get a partial refund but Viator support is not he best.

The falls were absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed each breathtaking view. Our tour guide, Jimmy was AMAZING! He engaged with us, like family, and made sure we were able to capture photos, moments, and knowledge.
