Not having to drive. Knowledgeable driver, lots of geological, natural information re formation, history of the park. Open air yields full exposure to the experience. Geisers, mud spits, steam coming up from all over the place, colorful water pools, and the smell of rotten eggs...water falls, and the cascades. Wildlife - total immersion, great time.
