I was charged for a 4 hour tour and got a 1 hour tour. When I asked the tour group they said at 4pm there is no all American tour. And Viator is refusing to give a refund. So be mindful of what you are purchasing and make sure the 5 star tour is providing what you paid for.

I tried to get reimburse because my husband got hurt taking the whirlpool boat ride but you guys still charged I paid $376 for nothing

My son and I had great adventures and the tour made is all stress free! Our tour guide Paul was fun, informative, and very personable. Offered to photograph everyone individually on the observation platform...priceless!
