Husband was in a wheelchair due to a foot injury, waited in a line for more than an hour for a chondala to come down the mountain so we could get to the top (only had two running, one came every 30 minutes), came with our adult children and our grandchildren (age 2, 8). After finally getting to the top , where it was unbearable hot, found that the place they claim is terrific for families, and all handicap accesible clearly is not, our 2 year old grandson was not permitted to enter play area, said he was too small, but offered us to allow in a pretty coy pond? Pushing a wheel chair up the hills there is next to impossible, lunch for 2 people $58.00, was some bbq brisket, 2 drinks, and macaroni & cheese. Our oldest daughter had a heat stroke and required medical attention. It basically is a place to ride up a mountain, drink all day, and listen to some music

Hello,
We are a guide service in the Smoky Mountains. This is a separate business from the one described above. We do guided hikes, camping and backpacking trips.
We would greatly appreciate it if you removed this review and posted it to the business in question.
Thank you,
Patricia
