My girlfriend and I did the bike tour with Wilson. He was an excellent guide - has good knowledge of Portland and Maine history and particularly the culture. He was also fun to talk to. Would recommend!

sorry didn't do a bike tour but I did a driving tour from West Promenade to East Promenade in February and it was a l;ovely contrast in views, architecture, and culture. Brick buildings predominate on one side to the wooden architecture on the other end. I will take the views with the wooden buildings over the views from the brick mansions. A tree line view of downtown and industrial Portland is not nearly as lovely as the view towards the Fort in the Harbor on the other side! Walk it, drive it, bike it, just go-even in a snow storm.
