I had many unresolved issues with this company. On 12/28 I signed the contract in Tampa, Florida and on the trip the car battery broke. It took a long time to respond and even then there was only one jump, and with this problem I lost an important dinner that I paid for (for 6 people). The next day I had two important appointments, which I also missed because the car wouldn't start. I got in touch and they delayed me more than 2 hours to change the car. With all of this, it took me a while to get home (because I went from Florida to North Carolina) and I delivered the car to Florida. In addition to missing my appointments, they charged me for the delivery (because I was late, due to the car being damaged) and they never told me that I could use my insurance to avoid paying the company's, which is not only expensive but also terrible. With all this, I have already sent more than 10 emails, in addition to the calls that no one resolves and it has been more than a month since I suffered all the losses from my trip and the rental of a bad car and no one has any results or measures.. . I do not recommend it and I will seek my rights…
