Our winemaking goal is to produce wines that highlight Washington state’s fruit. We are not trying to imitate wines from other regions, but instead, look for grape varieties from Washington vineyards that result in wines which could not be made anywhere else. Washington wines are naturally fruit-forward, higher in acidity, and food-friendly.

Descendant Cellars is a small, family owned winery that concentrates on red Rhone varietals such as Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre. We are located in the Artisan Hill warehouse district.

It was our passion for wine and food that started the conversation about creating our own winery years ago and Three of Cups was established to share that passion beyond our friends and family.
