We didn’t get a chance to experience this because the driver went to the other hotel but I updated it last week. He never gave a pick up time after he was the one in error going to the wrong location. He then claims he was here but we never saw him and he left. Tried calling back but he sent me to voicemail but was able to text. How ironic. Then u said just catch the bus to the location. Very rude!

I had a great experience with this company many years ago. This time around, while the ATV ride itself was fun, I was very disappointed in the lack of upkeep with their vehicles and equipment. The van that shuttled us from our hotel to the venue did not have working seatbelts for all seats and the third row seating actually dislodged during a turn, dumping the passenger into the side of the van. The paneling on the van walls was separated from the van’s metal structure, causing significant vibrations during the ride. I felt so unsafe in this vehicle that I decided to Uber back to the hotel. During the ATV excursion, we ran into a hidden sand hole and my daughter’s ATV went sideways and she lurched forward. This is a risk when riding ATVs and our guide was attentive and helpful with the situation. My concern with what happened was watching the ATV seat come up off the ATV and lodge my daughter’s leg against the handles. Thankfully she wasn’t hurt but i certainly wonder when the last time these vehicles were maintained. As their policy states, ride at your own risk.

The experience was awesome our tour person Mike was the best. I loved every minute of the ride. Will visit again!
