We had 2 tickets in April, and we couldn't use those tickets due to an accident that happened to my wife during the pre-trip briefing.
The briefing prior to this activity was very limited. The trainer had red eyes and couldn't control his talk and walk. He only instructed to use the gas to move forward and use the brake to prevent the ATV from going off-road/hitting turtles.
It was our first time, and I do not believe the safety points were mentioned enough. The crew hurried to start the trip instead of teaching us about the hazards a first-timer ATV user might face in the remote areas.
Because my wife received some serious rib and leg injuries, she couldn't continue the trip, and I needed to stay with her until the end of the trip and the crew and the shuttle came back to return us to the South Point Hotel.
Hence, I requested a full refund for the two tickets we couldn't use.
We were denied.
Their website says they provide plenty of water and gloves. They didn't have any. The helmets were dusty and wet from the previous user's sweat. The basis of hygiene requirements was ignored.
We didn’t see any emergency kit at their trailer and my wife was not offered even a band-aid or disinfection solution for her wounds.
Safety roles seem a joke for their business operators. As a result, my wife suffered from injuries and they ruined our vacation.

Safety is our top concern and you are provided links to safety videos in your confirmation email. When you arrive at the staging area we have safety posters and you're given a safety speech prior to departure. Your wife was riding on a road more than 25’ wide and hit a car parked on the right side of the road. Had she let off the gas and applied the brake, as instructed, she could have avoided this. All riding equipment is disinfected prior to each excursion and first aid kits are at – the - ready. We differ with your version of events.
