This was so fun Jinni was so warm and welcoming! I had fun learning the history of Chinese dumplings and felt very comfortable and at home in her kitchen. This was such a fun experience I love her and the dumplings turned out so yummy!

The host was well prepared and welcoming. An intimate experience. She learned to cook dumplings from her grandmother in China. And her process has respect for tradition.

Jinni is a wonderful instructor and host who makes the experience a great learning and enjoyable event.
