My journey in yoga commenced years ago when my mother, against my reluctance, urged me to attend her yoga class at the studio she owned. It was during the final resting pose, shavasana, that I experienced the profound impact of the practice— a feeling of weightlessness and inner peace engulfed me. As time passed, I immersed myself more frequently in yoga, and one day while practicing on the beach, I caught the attention of a passer-by who expressed interest in joining me. This marked the beginning of my path as a yoga instructor.

After attaining my RYS-200 certification, I opened my practice to anyone nearby who wished to partake in the journey with me. It has been a rewarding experience, guiding and sharing the practice with others, as I continue to grow in my role as a yoga teacher, and never stop learning.

Damian graciously made space for my friend Tony and me to enjoy a much-needed yoga session during the hectic spring break, despite all the distractions. He remained patient with the noise from police ATVs, and even helicopters, helping us reconnect with our inner peace under the enchanting Miami twilight sky.

Very pleasant and memorable class, with a variety of poses hitting all parts of the body. I've learned a few new poses from Damian, which I never knew about. Being in nature definitely is an icing on the cake.
