The beach is my happy place so, despite no experience with yogis, I’ve always wanted to try this. Our instructor, Cathy Duffy, was wonderful—passionate, positive and patient. She finished our session with a relaxing lavender oil. And I still feel great the next day!

Cathy is so sweet and kind. We had to wait for some people in our group and we just sat and talked until they came. She's also super prepared. She has all the yoga mats we need (which all have pretty neat designs) and sunscreen just in case you forgot your own. The yoga was half movement and keeping up with Cathy and half relaxing and just listening to the ocean 🌊 I definitely recommend this experience!

My daughter and I were fortunate enough to get Cathy to ourselves for our yoga class. I can not even begin to tell you what a wonderful experience this was, from the start. Cathy was so friendly and easy to talk to. She took the time to get to know us before the class and she was able to cater the class to our level. The sound of the waves, the blue sky, the smell of lavender in the air (provided by Cathy) was a most exhilarating experience. At the end, Cathy provided temple massages which was AMAZING! My daughter and I were visiting La Jolla for 24 hours and this was the highlight of our stay. If Cathy and the beach are what this fabulous city are about - there is no doubt we will be back! Thank you Cathy for a worthwhile and wonderful morning! Don’t hesitate and book your reservation!
