Most recognize Portland, Maine for its vast selection of local craft breweries. And while we retain the title for ‘most breweries per capita,’ we’re experiencing profound growth in our craft beverage scene including a range of spirits and locally produced wine.

Neighborhoods like Portland’s East Bayside are brimming with craft beverage options to suit any taste, from Three of Strong’s small batch, organic rum to wines from Blue Lobster Urban Winery which are blended with Maine wild blueberries and apples from local orchards.

The third stop of the tour concludes at the Portland Beer Hub, the home of Maine Brews Cruise, and a blend of beer bar and retail space in the bustling heart of Portland’s Old Port. As a bonus, all guests snag a 10% discount on additional draft and to-go purchases at the Portland Beer Hub.

Пивоварна компанія Bissell Brothers

Belleflower Brewing

Goodfire Brewing Co.

Shea & Nathan we our guide & driver. Both enthusiastic and knowledgable. My husband loves beer and I do not but I absolutely enjoyed the entire tour. Each brewery was happy to see Shae, Nathan and the group. Would recommend it for anyone not just beer enthusiasts.

It's great to know that you enjoyed the tour despite beer not being your preference! We try out best to make our tours educational and offer something for everyone, no matter what kind of alcohol they like or their previous knowledge of the craft alcohol industry. i hope to have you on another tour soon, maybe next time since your husband got to enjoy some beer samples you can try one of our of wine or distillery focused tours and find one that fits your preferences more! We had a great time and enjoyed all the breweries. Each brewery had great beer which you get to sample and lots of information about them. The brew bus staff was great and it was a fun time on the bus. Would recommend to anyone who likes beer.

Thank you for coming on a tour with us and for the recommendation. Although we do visit numerous breweries on our tours, we also visit wineries and distilleries as well so that we have a tour for everyone, not matter what kind of craft alcohol they like. Thanks again!

Alan and Chris were fantastic guides showing us three distinctly different breweries and giving us an up close and personal education about the history of the facilities/beers. They were genuinely passionate about beer and Maine and it showed throughout our time together. We look forward to booking future tours with the Maine beer bus.
