Tour guide (Mike) was knowledgable, friendly and enthusiastic. Tour was very thorough and lasted almost two hours. Highlights of the tour were a walk along the infield warning track and a chance to sit in the visiting team dugout. Petco Park is a beautiful ballpark. Tour guide encouraged participants to take as many photos as they wanted, While website puts restrictions on types of cameras permitted, everyone on the tour was using phones to take pictures. If you are a MLB fan, this is a super fun way to spend a couple of hours.

Petco Park was beautiful. It was very clean and well updated. Because it is newer, there was not much history, but I did get to learn about the Western Metal Supply company. Our tour guide was nice, but the tour seemed a bit rushed. We couldn’t touch anything (understandable, although I have been able to touch small things, such as the dugout call boxes, in other tours like at the Globe Life in Arlington). Because we weren’t able to touch anything, I wish we were allowed to LOOK at things a little longer. I felt as if we were cattle, being rushed from each room and exhibit. I didn’t have time to read but one or two hall of fame plaques, enjoy sitting in the press boxes, or linger in the locker rooms. So the tour itself gets a 3/5 stars, but the stadium was so well-cared for, it gets a 4/5.

Incredible, the only thing I paid for the tour was in Spanish and the guide did not speak Spanish :) but it is a tour that is worth it
