Hotel Rooms: Accommodate 2-4 guests with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed (based on availability); deposits are processed via credit card. For groups over four or separate rooms, please book separately.
Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Appointment at times square and first transfer. We arrive in china town where we are told that the bus is broken. We wait an hour and then we leave. After half an hour the bus breaks down and they explain that it takes half an hour to repair the damage. IT BECOMES 8 HOURS OF WAITING in a sort of service area, without explanation. They had to call a mechanic from somewhere who had to go to buy a battery. We left with children in this limbo, desperate, while in vain we asked to send a new bus. Lies upon lies, as if they didn't care about the customer. We arrived in the middle of the night, devastated.

The 2-day tour from New York to Niagara Falls was really beautiful and very interesting. I highly recommend this tour. The first day we visited the glass museum and the waterfalls by night with fireworks show. The second day we toured the waterfalls aboard the boat and also saw Lake Seneca and Watkins Glen state park and its beautiful canion. Really complete tour. To do! Very good our Guide Kitty.
