The tour started off late.... like very late. It was over an hour late till we were picked up and the initial communication was not very well. The tour was great bc we got to see the Falls but the overall organization and management of our tour on the selected day was not so great.

This was a very good tour. Our tour guide, Tyler was exceptional. We had left some personal items in the van and he was able to mail them to our home. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. BUT... 1. They were and hour late picking us up (they did contact us to let us know) 2. The van they used had terrible brakes and it was a little scary wondering if they were going to fail all together. 3. One of the attractions was closed but we did get a refund. Overall it was a very nice experience.
