We are from a different state and we were driving to Salem and unfortunately we got stuck in traffic due to a bad accident and we made it to the location right at 11 and no one was there.after looking around for the group I called and some lady answered and told me they had left. we called ahead of time before the tour started and they had told us that they wait like extra 5 mins after 11 to start the tour I asked if we can walk up to the tour and to let me know location they are starting the tour at and she said no. Why not? We were just gonna walk up to the tour quietly so we wouldn’t loose our 70$ that we paid. I was offered to go the next day but I was only there for that 1 day. We were very excited for this tour and we left super early to get there on time but unfortunately things happen like (accidents that no one can prevent). Seems like they only collect money and don’t have any consideration towards the customer.

Sarah was an incredible guide. While not a born and raised Salem resident she was knowledgeable and kept the tour light hearted and interesting . She provided lots of facts and answered all the questions . This tour was a great way to get acquainted with Salem. Pro tip : if visiting in October make reservations for food options. Everywhere Sarah recommended had a line .
