A fantastic tour that I highly recommend. Learning the history of the Salem Witch Trials from a native historian was unforgettable. I loved the logical reasons and unvarnished truths behind these events.

Probably the best history tour in Salem! I've done it twice, and the guides are passionate and knowledgeable about the town and its past. If you're looking for a "true history" rather than a "spooky folktales" tour, this is your best bet!

We were a group of six taking this tour together. Our guide was an actor of sorts, who was telling us stories and enacting about witches, pilgrims, Puritans, etc. Halfway through the tour, we had no idea what he was talking about. Besides, there was nowhere to sit along the route, and it was exhausting to stand for so long., so we left. We were not alone. Can't imagine how many of our group tour were left in the end!
