The driver was late for both arrival and departure to and from the city. I had to call to locate the driver. We were placed in the incorrect vehicle on our arrival and had to return to the airport for the appropriate vehicle. Not fun after an international flight with kids. I reserved a booster seat and one was not available for either transport. There were extras that I was charged for and a refund discussed during the multiple times I had to contact the company. No refund as of yet. Not impressed.

As regular travelers to NYC, we have used other firms in the past. This was the first time we have used JR Luxury. They are by far the best, well organised and extremely professional. I cannot fault there service.

Amazing service provided by this guys. JR answered all our call and questions, no problem and always willing to assist. From start to finish communication was excellent. When time of pick up our drivers where great. Vehicles where immaculate and clean. Thank you for the great experience jr luxury nyc team. We will definitely recommend!
