Get ready to wait, wait, wait, wait….then after you’ve had it with waiting….you wait some more. Rude tour operators add to your frustration. After waiting in line for 45 minutes, we boarded the bus and we’re lucky enough to get on the top. Once the top is full, the bus waits (with all the people on the top sitting in the sun and heat) until they can enough people to “volunteer” to sit on the bottom of the bus. You buy this ticket thinking you want to see Vegas from and “open top bus” not sitting on the lower level of a double decker bus. Nonetheless, the bus waits until they get people to fill the bottom. People and the top started becoming frustrated that we were 30 minutes past our planned departure time and still had not left. The tour guide came upstairs and actually said, we don’t have enough busses for all the people so we have to wait until we can fill the bottom of the bus. Someone that was our problem…the customer…as we continued to wait. This nonsense started the tour off poorly. Sights are good, it’s Vegas, but this tour operator should do more to manage tickets and times instead of just selling whatever they can without the capacity of busses to handle what they sell. I’ll be requesting a refund…..
