Very disappointed, save your money! I have experience many hop on hop off city trips but this is by far the worst. The commentary didn't coincide with the tour. It was very long and mostly talked about the best places to eat rather than facts about LA. The seats were uncomfortable and without the app you were unable to find the stops to board the bus e.g. stop 16 on the blue route was a bin by a palm tree. This was where we started our tour which didn't boed well. Also, it was very chaotic trying to board a bus at the end of the day so avoid your young children I would not recommend, please save your money and find a different way of seeing the sights.

Awful trip, we had done the big bus tour in San Francisco the previous week, the staff were amazing jumping on and off the buses taking to everyone , and they had over 20 buses running with approx wait of 10-15 mins. This is why we booked it in Los Angeles, big mistake! Los Angeles absolutely nightmare, not enough buses running, long queues not being able to get on bus then having to wait another 35 minutes to get the next bus. Asking the bus driver about the blue line as it was very confusing as you buy a day ticket and then told on the app the blue line finishes at 3.15pm, asked the bus driver a question and was shouted at by her on several occasions “blue line 4.15” people on the bus were so confused at the Beverley Hills Stop they were trying to explain to her that she had blue line in her front window of the bus! Cost us £180! Complete rip off. We should have booked a private tour, absolutely gutted we were out from 10am didn’t get back to our hotel until 5.30pm and hardly saw a thing. Also one of the bus drivers was listening to his music so loud you could not hear the recording !

This was a great way to explore and learn about a new city without the stress of trying to navigate it yourself. The bus was overall clean, the drivers and staff were nice, and we were able to see our most desired main attractions! The price per ticket is accurate for the location and services provided. The only slight issue we ran into was the timing of each stop. The times provided are as accurate as they can be but with la traffic and possible construction it can vary. We wish they had more times available for the blue route to the beaches. I would recommend this for others looking to learn about a new city.
