Your experience begins at Stop #40 (M&M's World Stop on 7th Ave & 48th St) to discover the iconic sights of the Big Apple after dark. The tour lasts for two hours, departing every 20-30 minutes between 7:00pm and 9:00pm. Night tour is not a hop-on hop-off.

We booked the “NYC: Guided Holiday Lights Night Tour by Open-top Bus” for Christmas evening. Our biggest complaint was this was just their regular tour with “Christmas Lights” slapped onto the title. We experienced a standard tour through midtown…past places we’d already walked by. Yes, there were incidental Christmas lights sightings, but oddly the tour guide rarely, if ever, made note of them. I honestly believe we heard more references to his days as a “ad exec” and the various buildings he’d been in for business than any reference to Christmas lights or decorations. Overall it was a rather lackluster and disappointing experience.

False Advertisement! I did not participate in the advertised activity and have not received a refund for the misrepresentation! This tour does not depart every 20-30 minutes between 7-9pm as stated on the website. I would recommend going with Top View tour bus instead because they do actually depart every 30 minutes and they are also cheaper. Do not waste your money with this tour, they have no honor. I am not the only person this has happened to, you can read other reviews stating the same thing.
