We stopped by their kiosk at Union Station after they flagged us down to purchase "discount" tickets to the Spy Museum that we were on our way to visit. The lady at the kiosk was very nice and told us we were saving money by purchasing our tickets there. We bought tickets for myself, my wife, our 11 year old, our 8 year old, and our 4 year old. We asked if there was any discount for our 4 year old. We were told that kids over the age of 3 all fell in the kid's price. We purchased all the tickets and made our way over to the Spy Museum. Upon arriving at the museum, we saw that we were scammed. The ticket prices were almost the exact same price, except kids 6 and under are free. So we ended up spending an extra $15 on that ticket and saved a little less than $3 on all the others combined. Needless to say, we were very frustrated with that experience. We took the unneeded ticket back to the kiosk to get our money back and were promptly told that they couldn't refund it. Now we are having to play phone tag to try to get our money back, and we still haven't been able to get a refund. Save yourself the time, hassle, and money and avoid this company.
