If you are considering a wedding or vow renewal at Bliss… do it! I can not say enough about how they special they made my wedding. They were in constant contact by phone and email before the big day. The day itself was perfect. I have been to weddings at other places where they rush you through. I know they were completely booked the day of my wedding but I never felt rushed.
The chapel itself is brand new and BEAUTIFUL. The staff are not new to Las Vegas weddings, however. The are very experienced and truly love working in the industry. Jean Claude, our minister, has been officiating marriages for 41 years. He actually married my sister at the historic Candlelight Chapel 20 years ago! Our limo driver, Lance, photographer Marshall, and the assistants (Kimberly and I feel terrible for forgetting the other name)… made me feel like the most important person in the world! I NEVER remember names, but I will always remember this tremendous team.
We booked the Blissfully Ever After package. I wanted to do custom songs for my entrance and exit. You can choose any song available on iTunes. I also let them know that the songs were a surprise for the groom. They were great about discretely confirming the correct iTunes track on the day of and it was beautiful.
As my ceremony was just my husband and I with no guests, we decided to arrive together in the limo. I let them know that I wanted a modified “First Look” (a part of the Blissfully Ever After package). I arrived in sneakers with a coat over my dress … then after a few quick pictures, they ushered me into my bridal suite for my touch ups so I could then make my “big entrance.”
I could not have imagined that a “Vegas wedding” could be as tasteful, touching and emotional as it was. I felt so free to be me. They celebrated the beauty of us and our story. I’ll forever cherish my memories and those wonderful people. Even thinking about them now brings a tear to my eye.
