Enjoyed the drivers. Didn't like the one time trip. Europe we were able to see everything then decide what we would like to investigate closer.

This is a great trolley to see lots of Boston. We got off on several stops and walked to some of the sights. It was very convenient if you don’t have a car. You also don’t have to worry about parking. We had Hugo as one of our drivers. He is hilarious. He kept us entertained with stories about the area and jokes. We enjoyed listening to him. The other drivers used canned narration. Thanks for a great day in Boston. We got to see a lot of historical sights.

I had never used Viator before. On previous trips, I always booked excursions through the ships. Viator was the identical trip, reliable to use, easy to book with options to cancel if needed beforehand or change the number of people going, and much much cheaper. I would definitely use them again.
