Great way to get around the city while taking in information on its history. All the drivers we had delivered their bits of knowledge with a sense of humor, which personalized the routes more than just walking or taking the bus. The online experience was a bit confusing as to where/when/ how to pick up tickets - as saying you could start anywhere but only get your tickets at Atlantic Ave could confuse some. Also, it would be helpful to know what approximate times the cruises leave for those who may be considering that option. The ticketing agents were all quite friendly and polite. All in all, would do this again next time we are in Boston.

Hugo was a great guide! Had laughing and informed the whole time. Had the option of getting off and we did the entire loop and then chose our stop.
