Joey was knowledgeable and accommodating. I appreciated it when he asked some people having a loud private conversation to tone it down so that other people could hear his narration. The tour gave us a quick look and many of the sites we wanted to see. The trolley had a stop near our hotel, so I was a little annoyed that we had to go down to the waterfront to get tickets before we could ride.

Our first tour guide/driver was amazing and funny. Great driver, kind and clear. Willing to answer questions, helped older folks getting on or off. He clearly loves this job and Boston! However, our second driver at pickup spot 6 was just awful. No smile or hello, no stories about what was around us, driving like a CRAZY person and waving the tip jar in our face as we disembarked. She needs to work on her people skills.

The tour was a very good experience. Drivers were knowledgeable of the city, which is very helpful when it’s your first time in Boston.
