Driver makes all the difference. I was going to give this a one rating until I had Jack as driver. He was very knowledgeable and made the tour worth the money. The first driver was rude, spent most of his time telling people to shut up because he’s talking (they weren’t that loud) and driving by stops when there were people waiting…I still only gave 3 as I would have used the old town trolley but I bought a city pass and it wasn’t the bus line included.

Tour guide was great. Very informative. The only thing I didn’t like was having to catch the last tour bus back to the original pick up location by 4:30 pm. If you want to get out at most of the stops and look around then you would need a two day tour pass; not enough time in one day.

Great drivers and tour route. We had Joey on the first leg of our tour and he is excellent! Our last trolley driver was Hugo and he was awesome as well! Great way to get around Boston and see the sights that you are interested in!!
