Bus trip 9/25. Would not recommend. Driver for 117 honestly is just a jerk. He ranted at every stop about people talking (when no one was talking) instead of giving any real information. On & on like he has a mental illness... really. We got off simply to get a new driver. Driver for 119 was sweet and gave some actual information but in general would avoid ... pick duck tour or old town trolley if you really want some Boston information.

Not Reliable! Bus 120 driver didn't narrate. At1st stop I asked where the Revere House was, "a couple blocks that way". I asked for more info, and he said, "What's there to say, he bought the house in 1770 and sold it in 1800. He died." He was rude. We had to find it for ourselves by looking at the map. We had 2 good drivers later, but when we needed to get on towards the 6th stop, we were told there wasn't room for our group and we would have to wait 20 min for the next bus, but no guarantee there will be room on that one either! So we had to walk, and missed the last couple sites as it would take too long to walk for the time we had. I would not use this company again! They should be able to send another bus right away with room for all to ride who have paid when they know they don't have room. Only gave it a 2 star for the 2 good drivers we had that did a nice job narrating.

Dear Customer, reviews help us to make our services better...when large groups purchase our tour, our agents are instructed to inform them that they may need to split up at times should trolleys arrive with fewer seats available. For the most part, everything was as expected. The only surprise for us was that you cannot ride all the way through the stops and circle back around to decide which ones and how long you want to stay. One pass at each stop is all you get. The map they give you is not detailed and so small its hard to read. Don’t expect to navigate from it. Our walking GPS saved us. It was pouring down rain so we opted not to get off at some stops, but was not allowed to continue riding until we reached those again. Finding pick up points was a challenge. I would not use this trolley company again. I’d opt for another. Many to choose from. The cruise tour was so much more informative and enjoyable. Liz was personable and full of knowledge, information and details. I would highly recommend the boat tour. So much history, we will likely do another tour in Boston. So much to see and learn. Fascinating city.

Hi Lisa, we pride our tour and service on making it the best experience in our industry...there are companies throughout the country that offer unlimited trips, however you will wait in extremely long lines and pay at least 50% more for your tickets…we also have a ticket for a small amount more that will offer customers unlimited use throughout the day. We also hand each of our guests a very detailed map of our route, stops and highlights of the points of interests, this is a much more efficient way to utilize a hop on/off tour as our guests get to enjoy more time at the stops and able to select more stops to hop off at.
