Rainy day tour. We stayed on. Hugo was our guide. He was great. Very knowledgeable and fun! We had a fun time! Highly recommend.

Misled by the "hop on hop off" description. You were not allowed to take the tour and then, the 2nd time around, hop off and hop on. Rip off. The actual description of how they operate their tour should be included in the write-up. We stopped there on a cruise, so we had limited time. On a REAL hop off/on, you had an opportunity to get a snapshot of all the stops and then decide where you wanted to spend your time. This tour did not allow you to do that.

Hi Helen, we pride our tour and service on making it the best experience in our industry...there are companies throughout the country that offer unlimited trips, however you will wait in extremely long lines and pay at least 50% more for your tickets. We offer an unlimited loops upgrade but it's not popular since most of our customers want to use their time to hop off/on at the stops rather repeating the loop. We also hand each of our guests a very detailed map of our route, stops and highlights of the points of interests, this is a much more efficient way to utilize a hop on/off tour as our guests get to enjoy more time at the stops and able to select more stops to hop off at. We hope that you find the value in the way we structure our tours. -Mike Thomas
