As an option for visitors looking to do something worthwhile, even with limited time to explore (which our group were) this was a very, very enjoyable and worthwhile combination tour. The cruise on the water was very relaxing, very steady (welcome for those who suffer seasickness) and was a great way to see Boston from the water. The tour guide on board the boat was enthusiastic and fun, and gave a great commentary of the various buildings and features as the tour progressed. The trolley tour after was a highly, highly recommended addition to see what you cannot when on the water. Steve, our tour guide, was a very amicable, and very knowledgeable man. The mix of information, humour and interaction with those on board was a lot of fun, and a great way to learn about various facets of the history of Boston. As a group whom have covered much of the world between us, Steve was definitely among the most memorable of tour guides. The combination of the water and road tours are an absolute must. We had one day left in Boston, and wanted to do somthing worthwhile that would not impede too much on our time left. This fitted the bill perfectly. I also have to commend the gentleman at the ticket kiosk. He was accidentally handed a $50 bill among single dollars and was honest enough to immediately highlight this. For the combined honesty, interest and humour, as well as the professional standards upheld across the board, I am more than happy to recommend CityView. Excellent staff, and a brilliant service. I will back on board for another tour when next in Boston.
