It was a great rafting trip with lots of beautiful scenery, great August river conditions and our guide was the best - ask for Seth! We had a lot of fun and would definitely do it again.

You know they are doing something right when you raft for three hours in the rain and still have a great time! We were lucky to have the owner Adam as our guide. His rafting skills are exceptional. He shared lots of great info about Browns Canyon National Monument and the river during our trip. A family of 6 was in another boat with Seth, who instructed us all on safely paddling the river. We all laughed out loud while he demonstrated what to do and what not to do on the river. Lisa, the owner’s wife, patiently outfitted us all with the necessary gear. The wet suits and splash jackets that are included in the price were essential for our gray day in the river. If you prefer to support a small, locally owned business, go with Monumental.

We had the best time on the afternoon ride. Lots of fun running through rapids with an excellent guide (and owner), Adam. He made sure there was plenty of excitement for our 12 year old grandson and we all had a great time.
