Step 2: Present the eTicket along with a Photo ID to a park representative at the turnstiles, located at the main entrance.

Terms of Service:
The eTicket may not be copied, transferred, or resold. Ticket is only valid for the person listed on the ticket. Ticket is non-refundable. Void if altered. Non-redeemable for cash. Photocopies will not be accepted. Bio-scan and photo ID required. Will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Remains the property of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Will be confiscated or revoked without restitution for misuse. Valid during normal operating hours. Blackout dates apply. Ticket expires one year from date of purchase.

I grew up In Bradenton and we went here numerous times. It was a great time every time! The zoo part, the coasters, all of it. When I go to the Tampa area, I always take my kids here and it's always great! I wish prices were better but the experience is amazing.

Hello, I had a great experience AFTER I was traumatized by a horrible lady. Her name was Lena for context. Not only did she SCREAM in my face but she also couldn’t hold composure and had one of the worst attitudes known to man. I’m appalled and disgusted with how I was treated. She was acting like a caveman because her stupidity was off the charts. She insulted me, by basically calling me an idiot saying there was only 3 tickets….when there…was 4 in front of her. Overall, after made us wait an hour because she went on lunch break, 25 minutes after the park opened, the stem of the issue was because she put the same name on 2 of the tickets. After we tried to nicely make her aware of her mistake, that’s when she went haywire. She never even apologized and that’s what makes me sick the most.

What a disaster. We spent most of our trip trying to locate food and water for our children. Our family had an extremely disappointing visit. We have a 2 year-old and 6 year-old. We did not bring snacks to the park per policy, and to our dismay, found food locations closed or dramatically understaffed. There was no food option in Sesame Land, and we waited 2 hours for orders of chicken nuggets at the next closest location, the Smokehouse. No mobile ordering was available anywhere. Snack stands ran out of cups and napkins. Trash was strewn everywhere. Water fountains were broken. Also unclear why children above 3 years old need to purchase full-price adult tickets when they can only access 60% of the park features. Guest services offered us three free passes to return. Declined.
