Most memorable part was shaping the candy into any shape I did like seeing the use of the hook to see how the candy turns to white by adding air

A great experience for only $15! Instructor Pete was very informative ask him anything about candy! I only wish the class maybe included tools/molds to help form our candy canes everything is free hand. After the class the store is beautiful to browse & shop.
