  • Accurate weights are important. if accurate weights are not given you may be forced to purchase another seat or step down from the tour. There will be no refund given for issues of inaccurate weights resulting in a safety issue.

Safari Helicopters' tour featured amazing views of Kauai's canyons and coastlines. Our pilot was also very professional. However, it's difficult to recommend unless you have a very flexible schedule. Our departure time was changed 5 times in total: 1. Friday 9:35 AM - Originally booked "Land & Explore Olokele Canyon" tour 2. Friday 2:00 PM - Cancelled due to weather 3. Saturday 8:05 AM - Downgraded to "Kauai Deluxe Waterfall Safari" tour 4. Saturday 11:20 AM 5. Saturday 2:25 PM 6. Saturday 11:20 AM

Aloha! Your Safari Crew is very glad to know you enjoyed the tour. Mahalo for allowing us to share our bird's eye view of the Beautiful Island of Kauai. Weather has been very challenging lately. Certain conditions must be met for us to be able to land in the remote landing sites. Safety is our very first priority followed by quality of tour. We appreciate your flexibility while we accessed the conditions Mother Nature provided on your date of tour.

This tour was the highlight of our trip! Our pilot John was so insightful and nice. He told us about each site and his flying was very smooth. My husband has a major fear of heights and he did just fine in the middle seat. We both highly recommend this tour!

The Kauai Helicopter tour was incredible. The sights of Kauai from the helicopter were amazing. Our pilot, Jim, did a wonderful job. When we landed in Olokele Canyon and met Mr. Robertson the owner of the ranch was a special treat. We would recommend this helicopter tour to anyone visiting Kauai.
