The web site was not clear that this was only an app. It wasn't until we booked the event and were charged that it explained that a golf cart needed to be arranged and paid separately. Very disappointed. We were all upset and didn't end up using the app at all. We would like a refund.

My friends booked this without the app and we did the one with it, and we were able to see so much more and we didn’t need to add an extra hour. Your limited to 2 hours, and if you get lost they will add another hour charge

We could not access the app we did not receive a text with the code then I called customer support and got a text but it was not the route that was indicated on the app we purchases so we were not in synch witht the locations I would never recommend this to anyone serious concerns
