Don’t do anything with this company. Check about the sunset cruise too. Wouldn’t do that one either.

We had fun, but not what we paid for. We paid for the dolphin/snorkel trip.(afternoon of May 4, 2018) From the time the boat left the dock @ pelicans (captain and his crew were very nice throughout) we were told half the group paid for the adventure to play on inflatables, the other half (like my group of two) paid for dolphin sightseeing and snorkeling. We did do both, but was let down we only went out on the boat for 20 minutes or so looking for dolphins. We seen a few, but for three hour trip we felt like we should have been out on boat longer. Why book two trips at once. We enjoyed the snorkeling at shell island and what little time we had on the boat. But was let down on not having the experience we thought we were supposed to get when we booked. Captain and crew were all nice, knowledgeable, and amazing.

Hi Andy, The day of your scheduled Snorkel Trip we had very limited numbers on the two boat that we have, so we decided to combine the tours to try and reach our minimum to run the trip. Unfortunately there are certain times of the year when business is slow and we try and do everything we can to get the trips out. Sorry if you felt the trip wasn't what you expected. We decided to throw in the Banana Boats, kayaks, paddle boards and inflatables on the Snorkel Trip to try and give everyone a a chance to enjoy everything. Staff was good and we saw many dolphins. When we anchored to snorkel the only thing we saw were sand and dangerous sea urchins. Nothing else to see no idea why they would take you to an area where there is absolutely nothing to see. Other than that nice day on the water but if your looking for a snorkeling trip this is not the one to take. One other thing the excursion takes off from the Sheraton Bay Point resort which is amazing upscale and beautiful. We got there early and had lunch by the pool overlooking the bay. We liked it so much we had dinner there when we got back so I would definitely stay and play at this resort.
