We start our tour by passing through scenic Central Park. We'll pass by such sights as Strawberry Fields, the Bethesda Fountain, and even the Central Park Zoo before heading out of the park and down iconic 5th Avenue.

5 th Avenue

After exiting Central Park, we'll take a walk down the heart of Midtown Manhattan: 5th Avenue. On our stroll we pass by such sights as the Plaza Hotel, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, and more! With time permitting we may even swing inside a few of these historic sights.

This was my first trip to New York, and I was looking for a tour that would help orientate myself with the landmarks and history of the city, and I must say that Chris was an excellent tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about the subject matter and planned the schedule to maximise our exposure to Central Park, and other historical sites, such as the Rockefeller Plaza, Public Library, and so much more. Chris had lots of funny anecdotes and fun facts about the landmarks we passed along the way. I’ll be recommending his tour to anyone else I know who may be visiting the city.

Chris- the tour guide is a passionate New Yorker- and has thorough knowledge of the different places mentioned in this tour. The tour started just outside the metro station- should be easy to spot from the directions. Proceeds for an hour and half through the main places in the Central Park and then ends on the fifth avenue. Highly recommend this!
